"I purchased my home in June of 2013. I was given a 90 day warranty from my inspection company, Aardvark Home Inspectors, so that if anything broke within that time period, that was working during the inspection, I could get it repaired or replaced. This was great because while trying to get this home we were actually in a multiple bid situation and had to forgo the normal 1 year warranty to be competitive.

Now, nobody ever expects to have to use a warranty, especially when it’s only 90 days, so imagine my surprise when the first time we tried to use our garbage disposal it didn’t work!! Thankfully, we had all the info for the warranty and contacted them right away!
